Catalyst Resources Development Group LLC is owned by Cristina M. Villegas, an experienced natural resources consultant with ten years of development sector expertise focused at the nexus of artisanal mining (ASM), conservation, rural development, and human rights. Villegas works with recognized global experts to improve the development and commercial performance of ASM supply chains and ASM sector governance and formalization. Our goal is to work with all stakeholders to achieve win-win solutions on diverse operational issues.
We are pleased to be a partner of TetraTech International Development in the USAID-funded Property Rights and Artisanal Diamond Development (PRADD II) Programme beginning in 2014. This work aims to advance the goals of the Kimberley Process (KP), increase the number of legal diamonds in formal supply chains, and improve development outcomes in mining communities in Ivory Coast and Guinea.
